“Curro de Candaoso” or ‘Rapa Das Bestas’ of San Andrés de Boimente takes place on the first Sunday in July. During the early hours and after the traditional breakfast of garlic soup, the horsemen round up the semi-feral horses living on the mountain and lead them to the ‘curro’ (corral), where the spectacle begins around eleven am. Baby Jumping Festival, Castrillo de Murcia -Burgos-
The Baby Jumping is the popular name by which the Spanish festival of “El Colacho” is internationally known. It is held in Castrillo de Murcia, Burgos province, as part of the Corpus Christi celebrations (from Wednesday before Corpus until the following Monday). The odd procession will take place on June 14, 2020.

“Las Turbas” on the Way to Calvary, Cuenca
The Procession of “Las Turbas”, as the “Camino al Calvario” (The Road to Calvary) is popularly known, takes place on Good Friday (April 10, 2020)
It is the most emblematic procession of the Holy Week of Cuenca as it is the only one on which the “turbas”(mob) take part in a procession. The “turbos”, as the members are known, recreate with bugles and drums the mockery Jesus was subjected to on the way to the crucifixion.
‘Els Enfarinats’, Ibi -Alicante-
A mock military coup takes place in Ibi, Valencia region.
“Els Enfarinats”, in mock military dress and with their faces painted with colours, take over the streets. Armed with flour, eggs and firecrackers battle against the Opposition.
